PAYING A POLICY FOR A DECEASED PERSON!

Old Mutual has been debiting my account still 2 months after my mom passed away even though I cancelled the policy a few days after my mom passed as the waiting period wasn’t over. I then spoke to a consultant she advised that I should submit a claim, I did this and she told me I should send an email requesting my refund, it has been 4 weeks and no sign of a refund- I called today after being told on Tuesday my refund should reflect by Wednesday and the lady just told me it hasn’t even been processed! I hate this company with every fibre in my being!!! I would never recommend it to anyone!!
