PAY YOUR CLAIMS!!!

After trying all avenues stated on your page still frustrated as ever. I can not even begin to express the disappointment I have, while a person has to deal with grief, they have to deal with stagnant *********** service. I’m sure if my mom knew the issues I would have when it was time to claim, she wouldn’t have taken this policy with you guys!. We are currently living in different times yet you insist on doing things the old way – 4 months later nothing has happened nor any communication from you guys, 3 calls holding for over 30 minutes. I need to pay lawyers to obtain the Letter of Authority.
