Pay-up Old Mutual

My Father passed in April this year, my mother has been trying to get Old Mutual to pay out a grand total of R862 for almost a 2 months now and every time there is more paper-work or delays. She would like her pay-out before the close of business today. I believe we have possible spent more on petrol, phone calls and copying that we should be getting out.
