Pay out on investment

I have an old mutual investment plan. I submitted a claim for my money to be paid out on the 3 March. According to their process, I was told that it would take 10 to 15 for them to pay out the money. Yet I am still waiting. I have called Old mutual a number of times to find out how far my claim is, I was told to re send the documents 3 times. Which I fully comp**** with. I received an email about 3 weeks ago or so notifying me that the money will be paid out soon. Yet I am still waiting now, no one has communicated since. It almost feels like I am requesting a loan from them. I am not happy with their service and will discontinue it if this is how their customers are treated.
