Pay out of savings policy after cancellation

I have cancelled my savings policy with Old Mutual. (OM)<br> OM said that after receiving the relevant documentation it will take 3 to 4 days to pay out my money.<br> I emailed OM after 4 days. Their response was that THE PAPERWORK will take 3 to 4 days. Payment will be made after ANOTHER 3 to 4 days.<br> Today is day 15.<br> After numerous emails and complaints I received rude emails from OM and was told that I am free to do what I want when I threatened OM with Hellopeter.<br> <br> What to do next? I do not know. I made an investment to have access to MY money.<br> They have kept it for so long now, I guess I am elligable for another interest payment!!<br> <br> I would like urgent response from OM.
