PAY OUT NOT PROCESSED OR ACTIONED SINCE 29 DECEMBER 2020

I requested an educational policy be terminated and paid out on the 29 December 2020. I have since called every single day since 1 February 2020, and emailed atleast 10 times already, with your consultants saying the same thing every time (Monies will be paid within 2 days) This is highly unacceptable. I have a daughter with a disability and this funds is to ensure she can attend the only school available in South Africa for her needs. I have been waiting now way longer than i should have been and i have been more than patient and accommodating. I would like this money paid out immediately. I refuse to accept this pathetic excuses and reasoning from another consultant. Every time i call i am on hold for more than 20 minutes before someone answers at my own cost. Failure to pay this out immediately will lead to further escalation inclusive of legal action.
