Pay ouT DUSPUTE

I opened a retirement anuity with oldmutual and i did that ×2 as the first one i surrendered and the paid me out about R3000 to R4000 now to me i dont have any relationship with them .i then sometimes later rejoined oldmutual and started afresh taking a new policy with them . Now to my surprise when i surrendred the second one they aplly some rules saying that they can pay me as the smount exeed R 7000 to me thst is wrong as i went to their branches to check the amount is rather R5800 not 7000 as they claim. I find it strange that i cutt a relatipnship completey with this company the first time and they pay me and relationship is over .but later i start afresh and when i cancel they then combine the first contract and the second one to make thr total exeed 7000 do they can not pay out .so as a lay men i find it unfair .this was not explained to me . And we can go check from their system and it will say 5800 not 7000 They are *****ing me to stay instead of paying me my money they come with new laws which they never disclosed on the date of sighning the contract . I will advise anyone who has a policy with them to reconsider Mind you this is the 3rd complain and no one has ever called me insted they send sms they are impersonal,arogent,rude and obviously not applying TCF principle .please interfere Their refrences 1.CEB19O81OO721 MR S.G HLANANE
