Pay me my money on time as promised

Hi,

Now i visited one of old mutuals branches on the 12 of September 2017 to do a partial withdrawl from 2 of my investment accounts. One of the consultants at the branch told me it would take 3 working days for the withdrawl to be processed and approximately 4 hours for the payment to be done. This entire process would i was told be fast tracked if i opened up a bank account which i DID!!!!! So today i call your service call center and spoke to a Sandra who now is telling me it will take 15 days or 7 working days. So i tell her what i was told at the branch and that the only reason i opened up a cheque/savings account with old mutual was to get my money ASAP. Girl was so disinterested in speaking to me or even helping or even consultanting with the branch consultant. Zero empathy, zero disregard to provide efficient service. Now because of their lies and lazyness i have a useless account and my withdrawl will only be probably processed when they feel like it. This is ridiculous and just unacceptable. I have a liberty investment account and it took them 5 business days for my money to be credited into my account and i was not **** to about how the ****** process would be fast tracked by opening up an account. athetic. ****** pathetic. I did my part and believing your lies can you people sort your mess out as it is not my problem that your consultants lie to get a client

I am sure i wont get any feedback from this or maybe it will take you what a month or a year.
