I Submitted a bank statement on behalf of my mom Kgaladi Rachel Modungwa, on Jul 17, 2024, at 2:51 PM for the refund as one of the financial advisers *****ulently did the policy for my mom who is a pensioner No response till today dated 15/08/2024 09H58. My mom went to Atteridgeville Old Mutual to show them another *****ulent debit order from her account the consultant could not help her they did not know how to assist her and sent her from pillar to post so Old Mutual must train employees to do the work and they must immediately refund my mom this is ******** for a big company like old mutual and they don't respond they don't care
