Pay back the Money!

I had a Policy with Old Mutual a few years back,and I stopped paying it.So recently an agent called me trying to sell me a new product, that when they told me I could surrender the Policy and get refunded on whatever money they could.I then sent through the Documents they required ,only to be told the form was filled incorrectly. That's when I took time to send it back ,but I did eventually. They responded telling me that the email I sent them was missing a Document,I still sent the email back with the missing document.I feel they *********** because we keep going back and forth and I still haven't been refunded. Everytime we get to the 5 working days,I receive an email stating that there is something missing.I am currently unemployed so I need the money, so instead of giving me the run around they should REFUND ME!
