Pay back the money!!!!

Let me get straight to the point. I am still awaiting my REFUND after Old Mutual, without my consent re-sent a stop order for life policy to my employer HR after I cancelled the policy. I have the proof to show it and I am very very upset, as I clearly advised them, that I am cancelling the life cover policy. My employer HR said that Old Mutual re-submitted the stop order(without any of my signatures) on the document. Pay back my money and ensure that the stop order for the life cover has been cancelled for this month because I am going to be more upset than I am already !!!!

My second issue is the fact I have an Old Mutual Money account which I barely use, and is currently in a negative balance. I have instructed them numerous times via email, to cancel the existing debit orders on it but yet, but every month the same debit order goes off. The other day I was called by a consultant that said the account will be closed due to inactivity. The irony of that! I can hardly use the account because of your failure to cancel one debit order. The excuse of the consultants is that the creditor changes the reference number all the time which is an absolute lie. I am not going to pay the negative balance as I am not at fault here.....
