Pay back the money!

My mom has been waiting to be paid since Sept/Oct 2018. They have been sending her back and forth saying she'll get the money one moment and then the next they say another thing. The money is not transferable, it can't be out and they suggested to her that she should rather keep paying premiums only to eventually get paid R100 back when the policy "matures". A policy which is already cancelled. These people don't want to pay my mother what is rightfully hers. They'd rather keep the money in their hands..money that isn't going anywhere. Completely the worst company ever!
