Paul Muller !!!!!

As an Old mutual employer and policy holder i received horrible service from Paul Muller on Friday 01/03/2024 . I lost my mom and not in a good space , i just called to do a follow up on my claim and he did not have remorse whatsoever , was rude and unprofessional . The way he spoke to me was so rude. I also work in a call Centre and deal with difficult clients but always stay polite and respectful. I am very disappointed with his service , he need to be respectful because Old Mutual will loose clients because of such consultants . I hope this matter can be dealt with to avoid bad reviews . thank you
