Pathetic x100

Well well well here we are again.... so i have complained before about old mutual not wanting to pay out my money and after that complaint they rep**** almost instantly and i thought okay maybe things well go better.... they told me i had to send through one final thing which was my divorce agreement , i was thinking why did no one at old mutual tell me this... i went into 4 different branches but no one said anything about my divorce agreement.... now its been 2 weeks since i complained and nothing!!!! They said once i sent it through they would release my money immediately but instead i have heard NOTHING!!! I did everthing required for me to get my money which i really need and it seems like old mutual is holding onto what is not theirs!! Ive phoned old mutual alberton many time only to be told they lady "eunice phillips" will phone me back but im still waiting she is never around and her secretary always says she will phone back what a LIE!!!
