PATHETIC SERVICES

I sent an email on behalf of my mom to request for her tax certificate and they responded a week later saying that my mom hasnt made any contributions for the tax year, YET they debit her account MONTHLY.

The guy who sent the email hasnt been of any assistance since the begining of the month.

We call their centres and they say we must communicate via email because they have limited staff but they dont even respond to those emails.

Its so convenient for them to debit our accounts but when they have to assist us they take forever.
