Pathetic services

Im fed up with with Old mutual!!! I went in to the old mutul in Melrose arch on the 9th of Jan to claim one of my policies, they told me to fill out some forms and everything went well they told me i should receive my money in 30day after 30day i phoned and had the call put down in my ear. I then went into the old mutual in alberton to sort it out and was told it would take 15days....well guess what? Still no money 2 months later!!! I think ive spent a couple hundred rands phoning only to be put on hold or to be told they will phone back...and you want to know somthing? They still phoning me back! Old mutual is pathetic actually why must i wait for money i paid?
