Pathetic Service. SUPERFUND FAIL.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the conpany less than one star. Old Mutual has been nothing but callous in their approach with my late husband's payout. Constant promises to call me back that is never honoured. It is unbelieavable when you call back, after yet another manager failing to keep you informed, you are met with disdain and frustration from the call centre staff.
