Pathetic service : quilter shares - Old Mutal

Hi My dad passsed on three years ago , and a few months later i discovered that he had some shares with old mutal , quilter shares . I contacted their offices and was asked to courier to the offices in JHB the relevant documents together with bank details of aN ESTATE LATE ACCOUNT in the name of the deceased . I went to the bank and opened the account and then forwarded the relevant documents to the address given to me . Some time passed and i queried the status of the selling of the shares and closing the account , i was told that they didnt have the banking details of the ESTATE LATE ACCOUNT , therefore they did not process the transaction , i again sent the bank statement to them this time via e mail . Again no response from them or monies . i recently again contacted them and numerous people responded at different times in our communication , again they requested bank details . ( I have no idea what they keep doing with the documentation that i keep forwarding to them) . Eventually they confirmed that they had all the necessary documentation on hand and that i would be paid out on the 29/05/2020 . I go to the bank on the 01/06/2020 , and , guess what , no monies received . I e mailed the person a Terence Oberholzer , who e mail me informing me that the monies would be paid on the 29/05/2020 , and to date 03/06/2020 i have not had any response from him. I also e mail the linkservices e mail address twice requesting for a supervisor or manager to contact me , and also no one has to date . Old mutal is very quick to take money from our accounts , even during the lockdown , yes i personally have policies with them , and now im considering wheather to close them and move my investments elsewhere as should something happen to me would my beneficiaries have the same run around that im being given . I am currently being hounded by old mutal agents to review my current policies , with such pathetic service from them why would i want to invest any more of my money with them .
