Pathetic service once again

I have a paid up retirement policy that i have been waiting for, I was told up too 21 days. It has been longer. I call the help centre, I get put on hold for over 30 mins. I have emailed countless times requesting a agent calls me to find out what's happening and still nothing. This is pathetic for such a large company.
