Pathetic service Old Mutual Superfund
Been trying to get my pension transferred for 2 months now to my new fund. Waited for close to an hour on the phone with no one taking my call, pressed option 1 for a callback, they call upu and keep quiet. All this back and forth for them to resend an ROT to my mew fund. Pathetic service from Old Mutual superfund. This is my second HP complaint which is still unresolved.
