Pathetic service old mutual RA policy claims dept
I have a old mutual RA policy to which i have claimed early due to my ill health .their Service and turnaround time despite covid 19 has quite frankly been pathetic and useless. *********** staff horrible waiting times on the phone and being shoved from one dept to another. Despite me emailing a letter days ago im still waitingfor their PROPER reply iro additional info. I demand a claim manager to call me back Immediately and a proper email be sent which is legible about the additional information.
