Pathetic service Old Mutual Mokopane

We received pathetic service from Lydia Letsoalo from Old Mutual Mokopane who refused to assist us when we told her that we lost the ID and only have the driver's license with us. She told us about the policy and when we ask to see the policy she then said there's no policy it's just her. She insisted that even if we can bring the affidavit, she still won't assist us. We asked to see the manager and she said she's the manager and there's nothing we can do.
