Pathetic service Old Mutual

Its been 3 weeks now trying to withdraw an investment in my late moms name, not a word of feedback, no empathy by this company at all of having to deal with the grief of the loss of a loved one, they make it impossible to get any kind of assistance. when you call their call centre their *********** agents transfer you from pillar to post. do they do this to drive you to give up so that monies owed are not paid out????
