pathetic service no value for customers

<p>About 4 weeks ago my card was cloned in edendale mall pietermaritzburg it happened on a sunday ..when I realised that someone is withdrawing from my account I immediately phoned old mutual bidvest to block it but nobody picked up and then I tried again still no answer so I went to yhe police station to report that my card was cloned and someone has withdrawn all of my money .... monday morning I called old mutual to report the card and they blocked it and said they would investigate ...which brings me to today they called me to tell me they cannot return the money that was ****** from me because I did not call them on that sunday but I stressed to that caller that I most certainly called but there was no answer and their response was unfortunately mam we cannot pay you that money that was taken from your account... its ridiculous because im trusting theses people with my money and im pretty certain all banks have insurance but they refused so I told them I will change banks because clearly they do not respect or value their customers.</p>
