Pathetic service-no repsonse to emails from 17/11/2020
Good day Email upon email are simply being ignored. No response , no feedback and no assistance from call centre either.Pleae see my email to Old Mutual last week:

Which was done on the 17/11/2020, how long do we have to wait?
Is this how Old Mutual operates?
