PATHETIC SERVICE, NO PAYMENT RECEIVED FROM A CLAIM A MONTH LATER.
Claimed in April from an education plan. A month later no payment received. A MONTH LATER??? This is very unfair, they said 2 weeks. This is very *********** and makes one wonder what happens when claiming for death. 3 follow ups has been made from the branch. All they do is send an email which is not helping at all. Old Mutual is not reliable at all. This is pathetic service. Not to mention waiting 30 min on their call centre. The lady I spoke to was very rude.
