Pathetic Service - JADE
I requested for my information regarding my tax return and I passed all security questions but JADE refused to assist me as I needed my Tax Certificate in order to submit my tax return and avoid further penalties. She dropped the line on me after I have waited for so long on the line to get treated like ****t even though I passed security questions - I am a beyond disappointed in the service I must say.

I have been a client of Old Mutual for quite some time, but I was disappointed with the service I received today. Despite complying with the requests and providing all necessary information, the representative I spoke with ended the call abruptly. If this individual is unable to perform her duties professionally, it may be best for her to seek employment elsewhere.
I urgently require my tax certificates for the year 2022.
