PATHETIC SERVICE. INCOMPETANT SERVICE

CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A HUMAN BEING. ONLY SPEAK TO ROBOTS. THEY ARE QUICK TO DEDUCT EVERY MONTH, BUT WHEN THERE'S A QUERY YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM & THEY DO NOT REPLY TO YOU EMAILS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USEESS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!

And still I'm waiting for someone to contact me after more than 24hrs! Do cancel my policy & pay back all my money that I have paid, as it is because of Old Mutuals lack of communication & useless customer service that I'm losing money & I pay them more than R800 per month!!! Again guys, please DO NOT take out policies with Old Mutual, as they are quick, easy & willing to sign you up, but to help existing customers you are just a number! Everytime it's will contact you shortly, but that also do not happen...oe eh eh, eish
