Pathetic service , I want my money back..........

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint against old mutual, I am very disgusted with the way they do business.</p> <p>I recently took a life cover with a guy called Melikhaya Menze a week ago. They did tests and all and I decided I want to take a cover for my parents as well. Their quotation was ridiculous so I decided to check their competitor and compare options. I got a far better offer somewhere else soI decided to take the offer with them. I then cancelled the policy with Old mutual a day after they have confirmed. According to the fine print I have 30 days to cancel the cover so I believe that a day later I was still on time for me to cancel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled to cover with Old mutual and they confirmed the receipt. I don not understand how they still went on and deducted the 5 days after the cancellation. I want them to reverse my money and they are giving me all sorts of stories. The guy that was so busy helping me take the cover has no decency to even provide me with feedback and I cannot even get hold of him.</p> <p>I need my money back in my account in full.</p> <p> </p>
