Pathetic service, I am canceling all policies with company

When I app**** for the investment product I was told I will get the money as soon as I want it. When I requested a withdrawal on the 28.10.22 I was informed it takes up to 7 WORKING DAYS but i got the message the same day that says my request has been finalized. Thereafter, no communication. Today when i called I was placed on hold not less that 15 minutes and no one comes back to the phone and my call is dropped(luckily on my side my calls are recorded in case they want to deny it). Then i sent an email and get the response that I must expect response after 9 day on investment withdrawal. Old Mutual don't know what is Service. They are good at automated e mails. You will never feel like their client with them. When you withdraw money you have to submit a moth or two before you need to make time to follow up with them. I saved money to take my son to school now I missed the deadline for payment of this week. So disgusted by such service.
