Pathetic service from OM superfund
Old mutual super fund and Om Wealth is pathetic and so is Gumani the financial advisor that assisted us. My Dad who is very old had to retire due to covid regulations in April. He officially retired in May and was suppose to receive his payment in June already but he is still waiting. The financial advisor Gumani sigagi is impossible to contact he takes 3 weeks and still has no proper feedback for us. The was a error on the the amount that was suppose to be invested and we requested a cancellation a month ago and after 3 weeks where the funds was suppose to pay out he said it’s impossible. Firstly it’s an investment he can cancel it whenever he wants even if he has to pay a penality. He is about to lose his car as he has no source of income . He is struggling to get by and needs this. If there is no positive feedback by Monday we will take this to the ombudsman man. Albert Hartnick
I am still waiting from someone to contact us and still no feedback is given. I will keep complaining as somehow the entire provident was mistakenly invested we want a cancellation but it’s taken forever. And he is only receiving 1600 for his entire provident fund. This is pathetic service.
