Pathetic Service from Old Mutual RMS Brokers

<p>I currently have a claim with Old Mutual RMS Brokers. I have had extremely poor service from Raeleen Pillayand employee of working on behalf of Old Mutual for RMS Brokers. Raeleen Pillay is the lady who had been assigned to a claim that I have for insurance on my vehicle however, this lady has not contacted me regarding my claim. Today when I had finally got a hold of her after many days she had shouted and made bad statements towards me as if I needed her assistance on a personal capacity rather than her to have helped me on business level. I was shocked at this type of behavior that had been displayed. Prior to this day on my initial conversation with Raeleen Pillay had the Very same bad attitude to which I had made mention of this to her manager. There is no excuse for this type of poor service that I had received from Old Mutual RMS Brokers. </p> <p> </p> <p>For most of the time she hadn't returned calls or rep**** to emails and above all she treats clients without any respect what so ever.
