Pathetic service from Old Mutual Retirement

It's been over 3 months that I have claimed my Pension fund and I'm still waiting. Old mutual has the most disgusting service ever. I have been calling their call center so many times for my claim. They couldn't see a very clear court order that was sent by the court and I have done the same thing that is sending them the proof that they should release my funds in full into my account. They have the most *********** and un-skilled staff members ever. I have submitted proof which they telling me that they need to make an internal rulling i mean for God sakes the court order crystal clear that release my funds. I have been suffering for 3 months with my family and now that my funds are for payment they offering the most pathetic service that is disgusting and i'm sure if my surname was not Mapongwana maybe the money would be in my account already. Just because I don't have an English or Afrikaans surname now you treat me like ****. I know i will never ever have future endeavours with OLD MUTUAL. You offer disgusting service no wonder clients are choosing companies like Liberty life over you. On top of that you make me wait forever on your call center. Pathetic service
