Pathetic Service from Old Mutual Bank at Springs Mall in Gauteng

On 29 September 2021 I went to the Old Mutual ATM at the Springs Mall Branch of Old Mutual to withdraw my rent of R3,000 from my Old Mutual Bank account. However, the ATM only provided R1,100 with the result that it was R1,900 short of the R3,000 I requested but the AMOUNT of R3,000 was deducted from my bank account. I went into the branch but the Springs Mall Manager of Old Mutual claim it was not the problem of Old Mutual but the responsibility of security company which service the ATM and that they must reimburse me. The result is that my rent of R3,000 could not be paid as agreed between my Landlord and I. It all happened at 08:00 this morning and it is now 15:00 without the short fall on the R3,000 being reimbursed This is the pathetic service and attitude of Old Mutual and this is what they care about pensioners being short paid at their ATM. And the result? I am now in arrears with my rent and I am threatened with eviction.
