Pathetic service from Old mutual

I have been having numerous problems with Old mutual. I kept sending emails when requested with the documentation. I get different stories all the time. I spoke to the manager Suella Matthews once or twice, now she refuses to take my calls or to respond to me. She is *********** just as the call centre consultants. I submitted the revival forms as requested but Old mutual failed to debit my account on the agreed dates. I need someone to respond and call me ASAP.
