Pathetic service from old mutual and they don't want to pay my money
I canceled my retirement policy in December the 18th 2020,but till today old mutual has not rep**** and pay out my money. When you email they don't get back to you, when you call they drop your calls or not even answer your calls. But they have been deducting monthly on my account but now that l m cancelling I have to sweat with no answer, they so pathetic. When they want you to take policy with them they will be so sweet but come now that I m canceling they ignoring me. What do I do now
