PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL - ACTUALLY NO SERVICE

Old Mutual were collecting a premium on my RA for the past 15 or so years. all of a sudden, without warning the premium was not collected. Since early January I have been trying to get answers as to why the collection has stopped. To my consternation I have been ignored. Still no answers. Now I want to move my monies to another insurer through the Section 14 transfer process and once again Old Mutual are ignoring that request too. I cannot even get the forms out of them. Is this what one can expect from one of the biggest and most respected insurers? Folks if you are considering Old Mutual to build a future - Don't ! Rather walk away because they don't give a continental about the little man on the streets.
