Pathetic service from Old Mutual

Pathetic service from Old Mutual. I had paid up investment plan at Old Mutual. One of their advisers decided to invest it into a different plan and I have been struggling for over 5 years to get my money paid to me. I never did business with the adviser and also will never invest money and not make payments on a new plan. They've send statements that reflects a surrender amount, But they still refuse to pay my money. I have emails dating back to 2008 but their service are beyond pathetic
