Pathetic service from Old Mutual

Why is it that I cannot get help from Old Mutual. From my adviser to the customer service centre, battling for the past 2 + weeks to get help, as for the customer service centre number rings forever. I literally had to call all the province's hoping that someone will be able to help me, some tried to but cannot give me a valid answer.
