PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL

Good day, I urgently need my refund paid out. I requested cancellation for two policies but guess what only one was paid out. You hold on the phone for 45minutes before an agent can take your call. I need my refund paid so that I can get old mutual out of my life, the only way to get proper assistance is through logging a compliant. I was called about why I rated you guys a 1 for your poor and pathetic service, and you refund only the one policy your service is lousy!!! PLEASE ENSURE MY OTHER REFUND IS PAID OUT BY TODAY........
