Pathetic Service

I'm extremely dissappointed, I have cashed out my investment in December 2022 and requested for cancellation of my investment. January i visited old mutual brabch to check and verify if my investment my cancellled then i was told that it was cancelled, to my suprise on the 25th of January, February and March premiums were deducted from my account even after i was assured that the policy was cancelled. I have taken from from pillar to post regarding the cancellation of policy. Im really frustrated with the old mutual service. I would appreciate it i can receive my full refund for the 3 premiums that were deducted from my account.
