Pathetic Service

I'm honestly disappointed by how Old Mutual has literally ignored my claim, I have been trying to get someone to process my funeral policy claim and I am yet to review any assistance. When I call them no one ever answers. I tried to seek assistance on their Facebook page only to be met with never ending excuses. It has been ******* two weeks!!!!! This is just pure incompetence and lack of empathy. I now very much understand why those took the body of their deceased to your offices. And then I request to cancel my policy then they answer. How convenient. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman for further intervention since you guys are obviously not willing to pay out my claim.
