Pathetic service ever!!

Since the claim was lodged I’m the one constantly doing follow ups to find out about the progress of the claim the answer I get is will get back to you. During the documents processing with Amina & Mark I was always calling in only to find out that there’s information outstanding and which I was not informed off previously. There’s substantial delay on this claim and the worst part is that I have no idea of the current status of the claim. It’s been almost 2 months now I can angrily say I don’t have any tangible information whatsoever ever, this is one of the pathetic service from a well established brand
