Pathetic service

My brother just passed tried calling old mutual whose customer service is non existent. Eventually resorted going to the Westgate branch where I was met the most disgusting customer service. Asked to speak to branch manager who was even more useless than the staff. Lindo Casa while I was talking to him he was almost falling asleep. I said I just needed to ask him a general query and he just repeated that he needed my I.D to do that. So I said to him it seems like I am just waiting my time and I would rather just go to social media. HIS REPLY WAS THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY
