Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service. I have been a client of Old Mutual, my parents are Old Mutual clients as well as my Grandparents and I am definitely going to do my best to convince them to change and show them how I have been struggling to get any service from Old Mutual regarding a small superfund pay out which was submitted last year already and for which they have all the necessary documents and details. It is really a shame that a company whom has been operating for generations has become so poorly in their service delivery. I will never recommend Old Mutual to anyone and I will never in my life take out any policy or insurance with them! I have been sending emails, making calls, sending whatsapp messages to only get a different answer each time. I am truly disappointed.
