PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Its my first time dealing with Old Mutual and It will also be my last. Myself and 8 other collogues were retrenched from our previous employer on June 14th. On this very day an application was submitted to Old Mutual Superfund for our provident and pension fund monies to be released to us. After many calls, emails back and forth from the company and Old mutual, almost 5 months later out of the 8 people I am the only one that has STILL NOT YET received any monies from old mutual. I have asked for Team Leaders to call me back, I have requested to speak to one but the complaints process at the call center is pathetic. I have physically went to old mutual branches and all they do is put me on a phone and say " SORRY SIR WE CANT HELP YOU , YOU MUST SPEAK TOO THE CALL CENTRE" . I was the only bread winner to my wife and 4 children. I am up to my ears in debt as I am now not receiving any income and I have still not yet received my money. I have called and physically gone to my ex employee and They have indicated on their computers that they have submitted all the paperwork that's needed for me in order for me to receive my money. I have contacted both Old Mutual Superfund and my ex employee on a conference call and yet still no feedback. Old Mutual refuses to tell me how I can help, They refuse to hand the phone over to a team leader or manager at the call Centre. What do I need to do in order to get help, in order to get this matter escalated , in order for anyone to call me instead of me calling them. I would understand if If I was not the only one that has not yet received his money, but unfortunately 8 other guys are enjoying their hard earned money, 8 other men can provide for their families, 8 other men can put food on their tables, but I CANT.
