Pathetic Service delivery and lack of communication
By far the worst insurer I have ever dealt with. Customer service is truly appalling. Visited the branch in May and I’m still waiting for the policy to be updated. The lack of communication is absolutely **********. How do you promote new business when the current customers struggle with simple tasks like increasing a life cover amount? 2 months? Spoken to consult and manager and still nothing?
