Pathetic service!

I've submitted a claim for a funeral policy. I have not received any feedback as yet. I've tried calling for assistance many times however they've been transferring me to different departments continuously. I was advised that I need to contact group schemes but everytime I get through to the department, the consult does not respond and eventually cuts the call. This is pathetic service!
