PATHETIC SERVICE!! Claim of Matured Policy Annuity Option for Mr CSE Geyer - Broker Service Centre [BSCP***1]

I have been trying since 24 September 2019 to get my money paid out to me and with many emails, phone calls, countless reference numbers and at great expense I'm still no closer in getting MY money!

Three weeks ago, with trouble and at GREAT expense for an unemployed person, I've sent my court amended annexure to my divorce agreement what THEY'VE requested and now they ignore me. It is with UTTER frustration and disappointment that Old Mutual didn't even have the common decency to ACKNOWLEDGE any of the emails sent let alone start actioning the pay-out process!! I'M FEDUP!!
