Pathetic service

I have never experienced such poor service, when waiting for a claim to be processed. I had to request callbacks from their chat option 5 times just to get a call back after 3 days and then every second day a new agent would call me asking why I requested a callback and have to explain myself everytime like they don't leave notes for the next agent im still waiting for a callback from 2 agents that promised to get back to me this is very disappointing
